Description

The characteristics of living organisms are controlled by the genetic material - DNA within cells. By making a model of DNA, participants can gain an initial understanding of the structure of DNA and even try to extract DNA from food to further learn about the properties of DNA.

Students aged 6-12 are welcome to join.

Reservation starts from 2026/8/8 (Sat). Prior registration can be made by phone or in person at the respective libraries. Conducted in Cantonese. Participation is free. First come, first served.

If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or "extreme conditions" announced by the Government is in force 3 hours before the event commences, the event will be cancelled or postponed.
